He currently serves as the Managing Director automotive segment of MGI, where he oversees strategic planning, operational excellence, and business expansion initiatives. Mr. Shahzad Malik
Mr. Shahzad Malik is a zealous entrepreneur; he has played a transformative role in the growth and modernization of the NGI’s foam business. Since taking over this segment, he has successfully revamped the entire product line, introducing innovation, improved quality standards, and a contemporary market approach. Under his leadership, the business has expanded beyond Pakistan, establishing a stronger international presence and enhancing the global recognition of the “Master” brand. He has also been instrumental in modernizing the brand’s image, giving it a refreshed and dynamic identity that aligns with evolving consumer preferences. In addition to strengthening the foam business, he has overseen the MGI’s strategic investments in the energy sector. He also currently serves as the Managing Director of Power Division of MGI, where he leads initiatives aimed at promoting sustainable energy and contributing to the development of renewable power in the country.
Mr. Najeeb Malik
Mr. Najeeb Malik is a zealous entrepreneur with over three decades of association with the Master Group of Industries. He has played a pivotal role in steering the Group’s strategic expansion, particularly by leading its successful entry into the textile sector. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Master Textile Mills Limited, he oversees operations, growth initiatives, and innovation. Under his leadership, the company has emerged as one of Pakistan’s leading vertically integrated textile mills, recognized for its quality standards and strong presence in both domestic and international markets.
