Mr. Nadeem Malik
Mr. Nadeem Malik is a seasoned businessleader with extensive experience in industrial growth, diversification, and strategic development. He played a pivotal role in leading the expansion of Master Group of Industries into the automotive sector, transforming the Group from a business primarily focused on foam-related products into a diversified enterprise engaged in the import and assembly of a broad range of vehicles. His strategic vision has strengthened the Group’s presence in Pakistan’s automotive industry through innovation, modern manufacturing practices, and international collaborations. He currently serves as Managing Director of the Automotive Division of Master Group of Industries, where he oversees strategic planning, operational excellence, and business expansion. Under his leadership, the Group continues to contribute to the advancement of automotive engineering and manufacturing in Pakistan.
Mr. Najeeb Malik
Mr. Najeeb Malik is an accomplished entrepreneur with more than three decades of association with Master Group of Industries. He has played a key role in the Group’s strategic expansion, particularly through its successful entry into the textile sector. As Managing Director of Master Textile Mills Limited, he leads the company’s operations, growth strategy, and innovation initiatives. Under his leadership, Master Textile Mills has developed into one of Pakistan’s leading vertically integrated textile manufacturers, recognised for its strong quality standards and established presence in domestic and international markets.
Mr. Shahzad Malik
Mr. Shahzad Malik is a dynamic business leader who has played a transformative role in the growth and modernisation of the Group’s foam business. Under his leadership, the product portfolio has been revitalised through innovation, enhanced quality standards, and a contemporary market approach. He has also led the business’s international expansion, strengthening the global presence and recognition of the Master brand. In addition, he has overseen the Group’s strategic investments in the energy sector and currently serves as Managing Director of the Power Division of Master Group of Industries. In this role, he leads initiatives focused on sustainable energy development and the advancement of renewable power solutions in Pakistan.
